Rosie is a paralegal in our conveyancing department where she supports clients who are in the process of buying their homes.
Rosie’s Story
Originally from Sheffield, Rosie graduated from university and relocated to the Lake District, which she often visited as a child.
Rosie originally began working as an estate agent and was particularly interested in the legal aspects of buying and selling property. It was this interest that led to her pursuing a career in conveyancing.
She had worked alongside Wragg Mark-Bell through her previous employer and found the firm to be professional with a good reputation. She obtained her degree in a non-law field from Liverpool John Moores University and continues to train on the job.
The best bits of the job
Rosie enjoys helping first-time buyers get onto the property ladder. She also likes the relaxed professional environment at Wragg Mark-Bell as well as working alongside a friendly and supportive team. Being a dog-friendly office is also a positive!
At play
Rosie enjoys baking in her free time as well as going out for meals in the local area and travelling. She also enjoys popping into the Lake District to take her family dog, Sidney, and her own dog, Max, on walks.
