Moved house last year and used another solicitor(which were terrible, if i had known about wednesday jones from wragg mark-bell i would have used them without a seconds hesitation .. wednesday was straight on it , precise , thorough , and very very helpful !!!!!.. i cannot give her enough credit and would highly recommend her as an individual or as part of the wragg mark- bell team .

We've moved home so many times in our 50 years' marriage that we've probably kept a large chunk of the UK estate agency sector in champagne and caviar.

Having lived in various areas of England and dealt with innumerable legal firms, all the legal beagle stuff relating to our most recent house move was handled by Wragg Mark-Bell (who, incidentally, came highly recommended to us by friends.)

Being first time buyers and especially during the current situation we had a lot of questions during the process of buying our first home and nothing was ever too much to ask!

We had Beth as our solicitor she was so helpful, answering any questions we had and she was always just an email or call away.

Beth put us at ease and explained everything thoroughly so we knew exactly what was going on at every stage. She never left any stone unturned and queried anything that we weren’t sure of.

Our exchange of contracts and completion were done on the same day, we had our keys by lunch time and everything was very straight forward throughout.
