So, what is it like to be part of the Wragg Mark-Bell team?

Some of the things that come up over and over again when talking to staff and clients is what a close-knit, friendly team we are. We are professional, but enjoy a relaxed workplace environment  where people feel at ease. 

And the well-being of our staff is a key priority. It’s hugely important to us that our staff feel supported in their work/life balance and also their career progression and professional development. And we must be doing something right, because we have a high retention rate and many of those who join the firm as trainees stay on to progress their careers with us

The Covid-19 pandemic has been a challenging time for all of us, but it has also highlighted what we do well. It showed how our flexibility and support for staff can help everyone to continue their jobs to the best of their ability, and safely. We never faltered, no clients were let down, and we have kept everyone in the office safe – with no Covid cases reported on-site.
