30% off Lunchtime Legals LPA appointments in February

We are pleased to announce that we will be offering 30% off the cost of our Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) services between February 1st and February 28th. You could save up to £165 on the price of this essential document. This is the latest in our popular Lunchtime Legals series, which makes legal services more accessible with quick and easy appointments during your lunch break. To access the discount, simply book a 30-minute appointment with a member of our team between the hours of 12pm and 2pm, Monday to Friday throughout February.

Why do you need an LPA?

LPA is an agreement that enables another person to make decisions on your behalf about health and welfare and financial matters, should you be mentally unable to. For example, following an accident, stroke or dementia diagnosis, a trusted person would be able to talk to utility companies, medical professionals and even help with your banking. You can only sign up for a LPA if you have mental capacity so it is important to get one before you lose capacity.

There are three different options that you can choose for your LPA. You can pay for a single LPA that covers Health and Welfare or Financial Matters. Or you can get a LPA that covers both Health and Welfare and Financial Matters. You can also get one that is similar to a will where it transfers to the other person in the couple.

Prices including discount*

One LPA: £245 (plus VAT)
