Crime Department Manager and Trainee Legal Executive

A fully qualified Police Station Representative, Nicole assists our clients at the police station by providing legal advice and attending interviews under caution.  Nicole deals with all our criminal law matters by coordinating medical evidence, liaising with experts as well as the court and Crown Prosecution Service.

Nicole’s Story

Nicole is from Aspatria and attended Beacon Hill Secondary School. She joined Wragg Mark-Bell Solicitors in February 2017 on a 12 month business administration apprenticeship through RWP College. Nicole was on our reception during this time.

She then went on to gain a Level 3 Business Admin and moved into the Crime department in December 2018 as a crown court clerk – assisting the litigators & advocates in preparing the most serious crown court cases.

Nicole stated Level 3 CILEx in January 2019 and became a Trainee Legal Executive and continues to assist the criminal department. 

The best bits of the job

Nicole enjoys seeing a case through from start to finish and helping/supporting clients through the most difficult and stressful times.

At play

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys weekends away, going out for tea and spending time socialising with friends. Nicole also enjoys spending time with her dog, Reggie, and going on walks in the Lakes District.
