Solicitor, Accredited Police Station Representative, Based in our Crime Department
Rachel was raised in Silloth attending Solway Community School.
A stint working at Carlisle Magistrates’ Court confirmed her interest in the law, specifically the area of criminal law. In order to further pursue a career in this area Rachel attended Coventry University, graduating with a 2:1 in Law in 2008. She completed the Legal Practice Course at York College of Law in 2009, taking elective modules in crime, employment and family law.
Rachel qualified in April 2016 and provides legal advice to clients from Police Station to Magistrates Court and Crown Court.
Rachel became a fully accredited police station representative in March 2013 through Cardiff University.
At play Rachel enjoys volunteering with girl guiding, walking, reading and listening to music.
